Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at one of Abu Dhabi's leading hotel chains. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Responsibilities:

1. Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
2. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
3. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
4. Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently
5. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and payments
6. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
7. Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with hotel policies
8. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
5. Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills
6. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Russian is a plus
7. Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE
