We are currently partnering with a leading FMCG company to recruit a Regional Head of Marketing MEA based in Dubai. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving marketing strategy brand growth and consumer engagement across the Middle East & Africa region.
What Youll be Doing
- Lead the development and execution of the MEA marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives.
- Oversee brand management portfolio strategy innovation and go-to-market plans across multiple categories.
- Drive consumer insights and market intelligence to inform brand positioning and strategy.
- Manage and optimise regional marketing budgets to deliver high ROI.
- Lead mentor and develop high-performing marketing teams across the region.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales trade marketing and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders agencies and retail partners to enhance brand visibility and performance.
- Champion digital transformation and integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen consumer engagement.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (Masters preferred).
- 12 years marketing experience within the FMCG sector including regional exposure across MEA.
- Proven track record in leading successful brand strategies and driving growth in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse multi-market teams.
- Expertise in consumer insights innovation management and integrated campaign execution.
- Commercially astute with the ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
