The Role: 1.2 Billion AED Marine Project has been awarded in the UAE to a leading international civil & marine contractor. Position: Construction Manager – Marine works.

• Report directly into the Project Manager on site and remove hurdles preventing the supply chain from hitting aggressive program targets.
• Drive the highest quality and production on site while ensuring a safe working environment for the team.
• Provide full life cycle project management experience from bid through handovers in the arena of marine construction.
• Coordinate with clients offshore and onshore; maintain strong relationships across international influential clients & stakeholders.
• Manage QA, paperwork, record keeping, team collaboration, and sub-contract management.
• Able to relocate and start before the first week in October 2025 (absolute latest).
• Capable of providing references for NSR Associates to take.

• Degree educated – Civil Engineering.
• 8-10 years post graduate experience on major marine works projects for lead (main contractor) or specialist sub-contractor.
• Strong communication, stakeholder and leadership skills.
• Experience on QA, paperwork, record keeping, working within a team and sub-contract management.
• Self-motivated and disciplined in your role.

• Basic net salary per month of $8-10,000 USD.
• 3 meals provided.
• Accommodation provided; all utilities paid.
• Fully expensed company car – fuel, maintenance, insurance, etc.
• Pension scheme & full medical cover.
• 4 flights paid per annum (1 per quarter).
• Total of 48 paid days’ leave per year.

Note: This is a single-status posting due to the location of work in the UAE. The project is programmed on a 6-day working week.
