Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Strategic Partnership Manager to lead our broker and agency relationship initiatives. This role is critical in building and nurturing a strong network of real estate professionals to drive consistent landlord lead generation. You will represent Deluxe Holiday Homes in the real estate ecosystem and play a key role in driving business through strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and develop a network of real estate brokers and agencies across Dubai.
- Effectively communicate Deluxe’s value proposition, service offerings, and commission structure to broker partners.
- Organize and host broker engagement activities, including events, presentations, and regular communication updates.
- Represent Deluxe at industry events, real estate expos, and developer meet-ups to strengthen broker relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all broker-related inquiries and relationship management.
- Monitor and report on the performance of broker-sourced leads, ensuring accurate tracking and optimization of the partnership program.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate partnerships, brokerage, or business development.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain B2B relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.
- Event coordination or broker engagement experience is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM tools and reporting.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Based in Dubai and comfortable with frequent in-person meetings and event attendance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of active and engaged broker partnerships.
- Volume of landlord leads generated through the broker network.
- Conversion rate and ROI of broker-sourced leads.
