We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our organization and ensuring that our goals and objectives are met.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to facilitate growth and development
• Create and maintain budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of all operations
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Address any customer or employee concerns in a timely manner

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure
