Job summary
An international law firm in Dubai is actively looking for a Junior Legal Secretary. The successful candidate will support the common law team with various administrative tasks including audio typing and diary management. This position is suited for someone with approximately two years of experience looking to grow within a reputable firm.
Qualifications
- Around 2 years of experience as a legal secretary.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital dictation software.
Responsibilities
- Audio typing using digital dictation.
- Managing diaries and arranging meetings.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations.
Skills
- Audio typing using digital dictation and copy typing of documents and correspondence
- Receiving and directing telephone calls in accordance with the firm’s policy
- Diary management, arranging meetings, seminars, external and internal client lunches
- Dealing with telephone queries and arranging conference calls
- Travel arrangements
- Formatting documents in line with firm’s house-styling policy
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
