Job summary

An engineering management firm located in Sharjah is looking for a skilled Senior Electrical Draughtsman. The successful candidate will prepare accurate electrical drawings and layouts, interface with engineers for design implementation, and maintain detailed drawing records. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in electrical drafting, and strong knowledge in AutoCAD. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical drafting, preferably in offshore or marine projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical drawings, cable routing and project documentation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate electrical drawings and layouts based on engineering inputs.
  • Interface with engineers to implement approved electrical designs on site.
  • Maintain updated drawing records including revisions and as-built versions.

Skills

AutoCAD
MS Office (Excel, Word)
Drafting/modeling tools (SP3D, PDMS, CADMATIC)
Communication skills in English

Education

Diploma in Electrical Engineering
