The Senior Field Engineer works within the field engineering team and is responsible for providing technical support to our customers both onsite and remotely. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, implementing changes, and supporting solutions for our clients.

The Network Support Specialist is responsible for resolving customer-reported issues via remote access, including:

1. Coordinating hardware replacements.
2. Implementing changes on customer networks.
3. Opening and collaborating with manufacturer TAC.
4. Updating the Ticketing System with case history.
5. Ensuring SLA targets are met.
6. Maintaining a positive attitude and flexibility to travel.
7. Operating autonomously with motivation.
8. Having good interpersonal skills.

Language requirements: Fluent/Excellent in English and Arabic.

Own a car and have a valid driving license.

Languages: English; verbal Arabic is an advantage.

Experience:

• At least five years of experience with Cisco (Routing & Switching).
• At least three years of hands-on experience with Bluecoat and Juniper.

Advantages include experience with Load Balancers (F5/ACE), Ciscoworks LMS, Iron Port, Fortigate, Check Point.

Qualifications:

• Cisco CCIE, CCNP.
• Bluecoat Professional qualification in Proxy.
• Juniper Firewall Professional qualification.
• University Degree in computing or telecommunications.
• Additional qualifications in Fortigate, Check Point, Iron Port are a plus.
