Job Title: Chief Specialist

A strategic position is available for a seasoned professional to lead the security framework, policies, and procedures within the Security & Monitoring Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all security-related tasks are carried out in line with international standards and best global practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to relevant parties in formulating, reviewing, and adding security clauses to policies and procedures within the organization.
  • Develop and implement policies that align with organizational objectives, assess their effectiveness, and suggest specific amendments as needed.
  • Ensure that all security procedures and policies are in compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and environmental aspects.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities related to the position as assigned.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement risk assessment and response plans to identify and mitigate potential risks.
