As an IT Consultant in Cybersecurity, you will help global clients shape their digital transformation by developing and implementing cybersecurity programs aligned with organizational goals. You will assess cybersecurity posture, design mitigation strategies, develop risk frameworks, and integrate security measures across IT and operational technology (OT) environments.
- Lead and support digital transformation through cybersecurity strategy and initiatives.
- Assess clients’ cybersecurity posture and design risk mitigation strategies.
- Define strategic cybersecurity goals and technical/non-technical projects to achieve them.
- Develop innovative cybersecurity solutions using emerging technologies.
- Communicate complex cybersecurity topics clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and threats to inform client strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management frameworks.
- Build integrated security approaches for IT and OT environments.
- Perform thorough security assessments of OT systems and recommend solutions.
- Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, informatics, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant IT consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge in technology strategy, IT architecture analysis, digitization, and IT management.
- Proven track record designing and building cybersecurity programs for large organizations.
- Expertise in cybersecurity best practices and standards.
- Comfortable working in interdisciplinary, global teams.
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CSSP, ISO 27001 LA/LI).
