A leading hotel brand in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Telephone Operator to enhance guest experiences by handling calls in a Royal Service Center. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role at a 5 Star Resort in the UAE. Being multilingual is a plus, and familiarity with Opera/Micros is mandatory.
