Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate & Investment Law (8-12 Yrs PQE)

We are hiring a seasoned legal professional with expertise in corporate and investment law.

Key Requirements:

• 8-12 years of post-qualification experience in corporate, investment, or financial services law

• Strong expertise in:

  • Investment transactions

  • Private equity

  • Fund structuring

  • Mergers & acquisitions (M&A)

• Experience advising on:

  • Corporate governance

  • Compliance and regulatory risk management

• In-depth knowledge of UAE legal frameworks, financial laws, and regulatory bodies

• Proven track record in:

  • Managing complex legal negotiations

  • Contract drafting and review

  • Transaction structuring
