We are expanding our team and are looking for an energetic driven and resultsoriented Outdoor Sales Representative to help grow our client base and promote our recruitment services.

Job Summary: As an Outdoor Sales Representative you will play a critical role in driving business development and expanding our presence in the market. You will be responsible for generating new business managing client relationships and promoting our recruitment services to businesses in your assigned territory. This is a fieldbased role that requires strong communication networking and negotiation skills to identify new opportunities close sales and build longterm partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research networking and cold calling. Develop strategies to reach out to decisionmakers in companies who may benefit from our recruitment services.
  • Client Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and conduct facetoface meetings with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs present tailored solutions and close deals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients acting as their primary point of contact for recruitment needs and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy : Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and consistently closing new business deals.
  • Market Research: Stay uptodate with market trends and competitor activity and use this knowledge to position our services effectively.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records of all sales activities client meetings and opportunities within the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and marketing teams to ensure the services provided align with client needs and business goals.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events networking sessions and other relevant activities to raise awareness and promote our services.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales preferably in recruitment staffing or a related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • A deep understanding of recruitment processes and services is a plus.
  • Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for client visits (mandotory)
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in field sales or business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
