Amazon MENAs statutory compliance and reporting team is searching for a financial reporting professional who consistently exceeds expectations, thrives in a challenging workplace and can actively contribute to our talented team.
As a MENA Legal Entity Accounting Lead the successful candidate will own the end-to-end statutory reporting audit process and controllership for a number of entities across UAE, KSA, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, and Lebanon. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the global accounting, finance and tax organization to drive process improvement and automation initiatives, support business expansion and projects, review and understand financial performance, and assist in the identification of standards for global consistency. This role requires excellent communication and organization skills including the ability to anticipate, identify and communicate risks to senior leadership across geographies and time zones.
