Job summary

A luxury hotel group is seeking a Reservations Supervisor for Six Senses, The Palm Dubai. You will supervise the Reservations team, ensure efficient operations, train hosts, and maintain LQA standards. A minimum of two years in a similar luxury hotel environment is required, along with strong command of English and proficiency in hotel systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage guest relations in a prestigious establishment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar luxury hotel operational setting.
  • Familiar with various hotel systems including PMS, GDS, and CRS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of hotel reservation policies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct Reservations hosts.
  • Assist with training regarding Reservations.
  • Ensure control on travel agent allotment.
  • Process and update reservations.

Skills
