We are currently hiring Leasing Officers to support our real estate operations. This role is open to UAE Nationals only and requires strong administrative skills, excellent English communication and the ability to manage tenant interactions with professionalism and efficiency.

• Manage lease agreements, renewals and terminations in coordination with internal teams
• Maintain accurate records of tenant documents and contracts
• Respond to leasing inquiries and provide support to prospective and current tenants
• Prepare reports, manage lease files and handle correspondence
• Assist with property handovers, inspections and document tracking
• Coordinate with facilities, finance and legal teams as needed

• Open to UAE Nationals only
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in real estate property management or leasing is a plus
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
