Job summary
A luxury floating hotel in Dubai seeks a motivated individual to assist guests with menu items and ensure guest satisfaction. The role demands proficiency in Opera POS, adherence to safety policies, and a focus on exceptional service. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, a hospitality background is preferred, and fluency in English is essential. This opportunity combines a rich heritage with modern guest experiences.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Hospitality background is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Check the accuracy of the guest’s reservations and other requests.
- Visit the guests at their tables to confirm satisfaction.

- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of food & beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Handlecash and credit card transactions
- Checks the accuracy of the guest’s reservations, order and other requests
- Visits the guests in the tables occupied, to confirm guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in Opera POS
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- At least 1‑2 years experience working on a similar role.
- Hospitality background is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
