Résumé du poste
A dynamic online platform in Dubai is seeking an organized and proactive Account Assistant to support its finance department. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting in tax compliance. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, relevant experience, and be familiar with accounting software. Immediate availability is required. This job offers a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Previous experience as an Account Assistant or similar role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
Responsabilités
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the accounting system.
- Support in processing invoices ensuring timely payments.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and address discrepancies.
- Prepare financial statements and reports accurately.
- Help with preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
