Job summary
A global technology company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead strategic initiatives. In this dual-role position, you will manage project lifecycles and drive Agile methodologies to support high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, effective communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Certification as a Scrum Master is required.
Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in project management with a strong background in Quality Assurance and Agile.
- Experience in the fintech or banking industry.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of strategic projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Serve as Scrum Master facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and teams.
