Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Valid RAK Society Card and Dubai Municipality Approval for G+12 classification (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Proven experience in consulting and supervision of G+12 or high-rise projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the engineering team.
• Review and approve structural designs, drawings, and calculations.
• Manage all stages of project development from design to execution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.
