Job summary
A prominent asset management firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver real estate, facilities, and infrastructure projects. The role requires expertise in managing multiple projects, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Candidates should have 3–5 years of project management experience and a degree in Engineering or a related field. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring quality and sustainability standards are met.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management experience in Owners Association/FM sector in Dubai/UAE.
- Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes.
- Professional certifications (PMP) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects across residential and commercial communities.
- Develop project scope, budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
- Liaise with government authorities for approvals and certifications.
