A social impact initiative in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Part-Time Project Coordinator/Project Manager to plan and deliver workshops and training programs. We are a social impact initiative dedicated to empowering people who stutter and fostering inclusion through awareness, education, and connection.

We’re hiring aPart-Time Project Coordinator/Project Manager to help plan, organize, and deliver our workshops and training programs for individuals, schools, universities, and workplaces.

This role plays a key part in ensuring each workshop and training session runs smoothly — from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with the founder and partners to coordinate logistics, manage communications, and ensure that every event contributes to our mission of building more inclusive communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate workshops & training programs
  • Communicate with partners, venues, and facilitators
  • Develop project timelines, task lists, and follow-up plans for each session.
  • Manage registrations, participant communication, and feedback collection.
  • Support with resource preparation (slides, handouts, toolkits).
  • Track budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Maintain a calendar of upcoming events and programs.
