A leading rental organisation in Dubai is seeking an experienced ERP Integration Lead to provide technical direction across enterprise systems. This pivotal role involves shaping and governing enterprise architecture with a focus on data, business intelligence, system integration, and analytics within ERP environments.
You will drive digital transformation, legacy modernization, and cloud adoption while ensuring high standards of data governance and system performance. Success in this role requires deep expertise in ERP platforms and the ability to architect complex enterprise-wide solutions.
Experience required: 70% Technical, 30% Functional.
Rental experience would be greatly advantageous.
Provide technical leadership across enterprise systems, particularly ERP and BI platforms.
Lead enterprise-wide architecture planning, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated systems.
Oversee system integration initiatives across ERP, CRM, and bespoke applications.
Drive digital transformation, including legacy modernization and cloud migration strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, IT) to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Design and manage enterprise data platforms, including data warehouses, data lakes, and semantic models to enable high-quality analytics.
Implement observability and monitoring solutions for key data flows and system integrations.
Provide technical mentorship to development teams, data engineers, and IT staff on architecture, technologies, and best practices.
Maintain and evolve enterprise architecture roadmaps, frameworks, and standards (e.g., TOGAF).
Act as a key technical authority, ensuring solutions align with architectural vision and business objectives.
Support BI and analytics development (Power BI, Azure Synapse) to enable data-driven decision-making.
Deliver reports on architectural compliance, project progress, and technology assessments to stakeholders.
Microsoft Technologies: Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), SQL Server (SSRS).
Business Intelligence & Analytics: BI platform architecture (Power BI), semantic modeling (DAX), financial reporting, advanced analytics.
API & Integration: REST API integrations (Node.js, Python).
Database Technologies: Relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
10+ years in ERP, with both functional and technical expertise (MCS, SAP. JDE, Dynamics, Movex, Infor M3, or similar).
Strong Power BI, DAX, financial reporting, and analytics knowledge.
Hands-on experience with REST API integrations (Node.js/Python).
Proficiency in relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
Experience in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments.
Scripting (Python, PowerShell) and programming (.NET, Node.js) skills.
Excellent English communication, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Salary: AED 300,000 - 360,000 per year
(Approx. £63,500 - £76,000 GBP / €74,800 - €89,800 EUR)
