We are seeking a highly motivated Emirati Project Co-Ordinator/ Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. • Assist in planning implementing and monitoring projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate project activities resources equipment and information
• Liaise with clients stakeholders and team members to identify and define project requirements scope and objectives
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports
• Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Develop and update project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Support the project manager in day-to-day project activities

• Emirati national
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field
• Previous experience in project coordination or management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Knowledge of UAE business practices labor laws and regulations
• Understanding of Emiratization initiatives
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) preferred
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
