• Implement and enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols across the kitchen area.
• Create and revise menu offerings to reflect seasonal ingredients and customer demand.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting skill development and teamwork.
• Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with management and front-of-house staff to streamline service delivery.
• Handle conflict resolution within the team to ensure a positive work environment.
• Prepare detailed reports on kitchen operations and staff performance to leadership.
• Allocate tasks to ensure all kitchen roles are delegated and accounted for.
• Evaluate supplier partnerships to ensure ingredients meet quality and cost standards.

• Proven experience working as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role required.
• Exceptional knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations necessary.
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail in culinary settings.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with staff and management.
