Job summary
A leading hotel chain in Ajman is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate has previous hotel housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. This role requires a positive attitude and basic English communication skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies as required.
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist with laundry duties and public area cleaning when required.

- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies as required.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure trolleys and housekeeping equipment are clean, well-stocked, and properly stored.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Respect guest privacy and ensure confidentiality while servicing rooms.
- Assist with laundry duties, linen distribution, and public area cleaning when required.
- Deliver prompt and courteous service to all guests, anticipating and responding to their needs.
- Follow departmental policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
- Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel environment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks and lifting.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and service-oriented.
- Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
