Candidates should have a passion for football, outstanding communication skills, and a friendly demeanor to enhance player experiences. The role involves game facilitation and brand representation, ensuring a positive atmosphere during events. Flexible shifts during weekdays and weekends are expected, providing a dynamic work environment.
Qualificações
- Must be FUN and outgoing.
- Understanding of and passion for football is necessary.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Be an ambassador of the Stranger Soccer brand at the games.
- Facilitate numerous football games around UAE.
- Ensure an OUTSTANDING game experience from start to finish.
- Be ready to step in and play if needed.
- Report issues back to Operations Management.

Official Hosts serve as the game facilitator as well as brand ambassadors. We are seeking Official Hosts to host games throughout the week and occasionally assist in other ad hoc duties. For this role, you should have great people skills, to make sure our users have a positive game experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.
Shifts will be assigned each week during the following timeframes :
- Monday to Friday : 8 am – 1 pm, 4 – 9 pm, 6 - 11 pm
- Saturday & Sunday : 8 am – 1 pm, 1 - 6 pm, 3 – 9 pm, 6 – 11 pm
- Be an ambassador of the Stranger Soccer brand at the games
- Facilitate numerous football games around UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah)
- Ensure an OUTSTANDING game experience from start to finish
- Be ready to step in and play, to cover for any no show players or Hosts
- Report issues back to Operations Management
- FUN outgoing personality
- Understanding of and passion for football
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
