- Guide the guest through Lobby Lounge menu.
- Suggest options based on the customer's palate and taste.
- Fulfil guest orders effectively and in an organised manner.
- Collaborate with Kitchen colleagues to maintain excellent service standards.
- Listen to client queries/complaints and work towards solutions.
