Dubai Senior Electrical CAD Draughtsman – Luxury Villa Projects
Job summary
A leading contracting firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Electrical CAD Draughtsman to join their team for high-profile villa projects. Candidates must have at least 5 years of overall experience, including 2 years in the UAE, and a strong proficiency in CAD Draughting. The role offers an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. Responsibilities include drafting electrical plans, conducting field visits, collaborating with MEP teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years overall experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE.
- Strong proficiency in Electrical CAD Draughting & Detailing for villas and mansions.
- Experience in working for a recognised Main Contracting Company.
Responsibilities
- Design and draft electrical plans using CAD software.
- Conduct field visits to gather necessary information.
- Create detailed material lists for electrical components.
- Collaborate with MEP team members on project integration.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Update and revise plans based on project changes.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical plans and revisions.
- Provide technical support to construction teams.
- Stay updated with industry standards and trends.
