Job summary
A reputable company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of UAE-specific accounting experience and proficiency in ERP systems. Strong skills in UAE accounting standards and advanced Excel are required. Excellent English communication is essential, with Arabic proficiency as a plus. Education: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent; professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CA) preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE-specific accounting experience in relevant sectors; ERP proficiency required
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of UAE accounting standards, VAT, corporate tax and WPS
- Advanced Excel and ERP skills; strong analytical and reconciliation abilities
- Excellent English communication; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- High attention to detail, integrity, organizational capabilities and teamwork orientation
