Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Administrator to manage the company’s financial records, handle day-to-day accounting operations, and support administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate bookkeeping, smooth office operations, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting transactions including journal entries, receipts, payments, and petty cash.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and ensure timely vendor and client payments.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT regulations (filing, documentation, and reporting).
  • Support annual audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Oversee general office operations and ensure administrative efficiency.
  • Manage company correspondence, filing systems, and office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee attendance, leave records, and payroll preparation.
  • Handle vendor contracts, renewals, and service agreements.
  • Assist management with documentation, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
  • Support procurement activities, quotations, and purchase orders.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting and office administration (UAE experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with UAE VAT laws and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
