Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies. You’ll also act as a key liaison between HR and Finance, supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, in compliance with UAE statutory regulations.
  • Manage onboarding tasks including creating employee codes, system access, and payroll setup.
  • Calculate final settlements for leavers, including pro‑rated salary, leave encashments, and reimbursements.
  • Track and update internal transfers, promotions, and compensation changes.
  • Maintain organized records for audit purposes, including payroll reports, timesheets, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure policy alignment.
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and labor law compliance.

Key Requirements
