Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a primary school.
• Strong teaching experience in a British curriculum school.
• Strong knowledge of the British curriculum and Year6 learning expectations.
• Proven ability to lead, guide, motivate, and inspire a team of teachers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management, planning, assessment, and student progress tracking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, teachers, parents, and students.
• Confident in mentoring colleagues and supporting teaching quality.

Responsibilities
