Candidate Profile

• Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of yard safety, vehicle movement, and security procedures.
• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills; good problem-solving and decision-making abilities; willingness to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours when required.
