Job summary

Bin Omeir Motors Company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced Yard Supervisor to oversee daily yard operations and supervise drivers, bus washers, housekeeping, and security staff. You’ll ensure buses are cleaned, parked, secured, and ready for dispatch.

The role requires 3–5 years of yard management and fleet supervision experience, with strong leadership and a focus on safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics/Transport is a plus.
• 3–5 years of yard management, fleet supervision, or related experience.
• Experience supervising drivers and operational staff.
• Knowledge of yard safety, vehicle movement, and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers, bus washers, housekeeping, and security personnel.
• Plan daily tasks, staff schedules, and shift assignments.
• Ensure buses are cleaned, parked, and ready for dispatch on time.
• Monitor vehicle movement and parking within the yard.
• Maintain yard cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Monitor security, CCTV, access control, and entry/exit records.
• Conduct regular yard inspections and report safety or security issues.
• Maintain staff attendance and shift records.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding vehicle issues or repairs.
• Report vehicle damage, incidents, and operational concerns to management.
• Promote discipline, teamwork, and compliance with company policies.
