Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a diligent Job Scheduler to optimize repair workflows across workshops in Dubai. You will allocate repair jobs to production lines, maintain schedules, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding QMS SOP and safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a degree or diploma, 3-5 years’ workshop experience, and a Certified Master B&P Advisor or Technician, with fluent Arabic and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a reputed workshop in a similar role.
• Certified Master B&P Advisor or Technician.
• Fluency in spoken Arabic and proficiency in computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned jobs to standards within required time, following policy.
• Maintain discipline in the service establishment and safety rules.
• Coordinate with the Workshop controller for daily activities.
• Plan and coordinate repair schedules with the Manager.
• Update and monitor scheduling & progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Stay updated with new technology, procedures and time standards.
• Maintain records of completed service work per QMS SOP.
• Perform other tasks to support workshop activities as needed.
• Contribute to team efforts and organizational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ALAC QMS and health and safety standards.
