Job Progress Monitoring and Control

• Update the Job Scheduling and Progress Control system at regular intervals.
• Monitor repair progress against planned schedules and required completion times.
• Maintain accurate scheduling information to support workshop coordination and operational visibility.
• Follow up with workshop personnel to ensure assigned work progresses according to established requirements.
• Ensure job scheduling and progress monitoring activities comply with Quality Management System Standard Operating Procedures (QMS SOPs).
• Coordinate with the Workshop Controller and management team when scheduling adjustments are required.

Workshop Standards and Operational Discipline

• Follow company policies, procedures, and established workshop operating standards.
• Maintain discipline within the service establishment to support an organized and productive working environment.
