Job summary
Al-Futtaim in Dubai is seeking a Cost Clerk – Workshop Costing to review and cost completed job cards, labor hours, parts, and consumables in line with Toyota and distributor standards. You will maintain accurate costing records, support invoicing and WIP reporting, coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams, and ensure timely, compliant cost closure in a busy aftersales environment.
The ideal candidate has at least two years in automotive administration or costing, strong Excel skills,
Qualifications
- Must have automotive administration or costing experience.
- Attention to detail in reviewing job cards, invoices, and costing data.
- Familiarity with SAP Dealer Systems and workshop processes.
Responsibilities
- Review completed job cards and verify repair details, labor hours, parts, and repair codes.
- Cost and process workshop repair orders to support invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Ensure productive labor hours are captured and allocated to repair jobs.
