Job summary

The Cost Clerk - Automotive Aftersales Operations role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates supports accurate workshop costing, invoicing and purchase-order control. You will allocate costs for labor, parts and sublet services and process SAP transactions to prevent billing errors.

Collaborate with service, parts, procurement and finance teams; maintain financial documentation and assist with supplier invoices and purchase-order closure to ensure timely revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years in a Cost Clerk/ Aftersales Admin role.
• Experience in automotive workshop or authorized dealer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine repair orders to confirm accurate allocation of labour, parts and service charges.
• Check costing information against workshop documents and SAP records.
• Prepare proforma invoices and final customer invoices.
• Apply authorized labour and parts discounts per procedures.
• Raise Local Purchase Orders for outsourced work and externally purchased items.
• Process Goods Receipt and Invoice Verification in SAP.
• Monitor open purchase orders for timely closure and reconcile supplier invoices.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure accurate cost allocations before billing.
• Maintain orderly service records and workshop documentation.
• Support calculations for incentives and overtime for the team.
