Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Cost Clerk to support the Aftersales department in Sharjah. You will record service orders, parts, and labor costs, ensuring entries align with company policies and drive accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s in accounting or related field, 1-3 years of experience in finance or cost control, strong numeracy, Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and finance teams to maintain

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or cost control.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Accurately record all service orders, parts, and labor costs in the system.
Process and update cost data to support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Ensure reports for management and accounting are accurate and delivered on time.
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts teams to ensure cost data accuracy.
Identify opportunities to streamline cost recording and reconciliation processes.
Resolve discrepancies between invoices, parts usage, and service orders.
