Job summary

Qualifications

• A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa; up-to-date attestations and equivalency may be mandatory for university certificates issued outside the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Meeting performance expectations primarily across Acquisitions and Revolving in addition to non-financial KPIs.
• Be the first point of contact for the employees of assigned companies for fulfilling banking needs across Acquisitions, Revolving and referring Borrowing needs (Personal loan and Mortgage).
• Work collaboratively with colleagues from Corporate, EWS CAM, EWS Loan Specialist to drive improved engagement and penetration with these approved companies.
• Ensure there is a holistic view of HSBC capabilities shared with the customer across Wealth, International Banking Corridors, Private Banking, and ensure proper referrals are made to the respective business.
• Drive and encourage companies to utilize our Financial wellbeing sessions across their employees
• Meet Group standards of Compliance and internal controls with zero tolerance of misconduct
• Build high standards of customer service, efficiency and expected level of productivity
