Job summary

HSBC is seeking an Employee Workplace Solution Advisor (EWS) in the UAE to engage with employees of assigned companies and fulfill banking needs across Acquisitions, Revolving, and referrals. The role collaborates with EWS CAM and EWS Loan Specialists to drive engagement and cross-sell HSBC capabilities.

You will promote financial wellbeing sessions, maintain compliance, and deliver high standards of service while building relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Understand IWPB products, propositions and services, and communicate this effectively to customers
• Experience in dealing with emerging affluent and affluent customers
• Adept at developing a networking strategy and achieving activity/outcome goals
• Knowledge of competitor activity, propositions and offers
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills with high-net-worth clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good team player with collaborative mindset
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Effective handover of customer relationships to specialists
• Customer service orientation and risk awareness
• UAE graduation degree is essential for UAE visa and work permit; attestations for degrees from outside UAE may be required

Responsibilities

• Meet employees of assigned companies to fulfill banking needs across Acquisitions, Revolving and referrals to Borrowing
• Collaborate with Corporate, EWS CAM, and EWS Loan Specialist to drive engagement
• Provide a holistic view of HSBC capabilities across Wealth, International Banking Corridors and Private Banking; ensure proper referrals
• Promote financial wellbeing sessions across employees
• Maintain compliance and internal controls with zero misconduct tolerance
• Uphold high standards of customer service, efficiency and productivity
