Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Dubai is recruiting an Employee Workplace Solution Premier Acquisition Manager to drive Premier client onboarding and wealth solutions. The role focuses on sourcing, relationship building, and hitting annual Premier targets while ensuring compliant, high-quality service delivery.

You will manage leads, referrals, and customer needs with need-based selling and cross-selling of Premier and related products across WPB offerings.

Qualifications

Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and affluent clients.
Strong knowledge of wealth and personal banking products and services.

Proven track record of achieving sales or acquisition targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver assigned annual operating plan targets for new-to-bank Premier customers.
Develop new sourcing models and build a broad, quality customer base.
Identify business opportunities and grow relationships.
Cross-sell relevant products and propositions during onboarding.
Manage leads, referrals and complaints with SLAs and compliant processes.
Plan customer contacts and use CRMS leads effectively.
Maintain compliance, quality and professional standards.
