Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 9 years of experience in Workforce Planning/Human Resource Management, preferably in Oil/Gas, including 4 years in supervisory roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive experience in workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and financial budgets.
• Experience in HR systems/technology for workforce analytics and metrics.
• Experience in developing predictive analytics and statistical modelling.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor annual and long-term workforce planning needs and develop Realistic Workforce Plans.
• Supervise annual national intake and 10-year plans aligned with Emiratization targets.
• Provide timely, accurate workforce data to support corporate planning and decision making.
• Maintain information on vacant/critical positions for annual recruitment and Emiratization planning.
• Study headcount forecasts and advise on costs minimization and other interests.
• Validate recruitment requisitions to align with plans and vacancies.
• Coordinate with Talent Development to ensure integration plans for Entry Point Employees.
• Monitor automation Features in workforce planning dashboards and systems.
• Analyze the 10-year business plan and present insights to decision makers.
• Support business units with data for workforce planning inputs.
• Ensure processes align with organizational structure and strategic objectives.
• Support external consultants with organization/workforce information as needed.
