Job summary

Alzan Wooden Industry LLC is seeking a Draftsman to prepare detailed CAD drawings for wooden doors, frames, cubicles, and joinery products. This on-site role in Umm Al Quwain requires translating design concepts into accurate fabrication-ready drawings, coordinating with design, engineering, and production teams to meet timelines.

You will review plans, update drawings with feedback, estimate materials, and maintain records, leveraging AutoCAD/SketchUp and woodworking fabrication knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawing, blueprint reading.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teams.
• Understanding of woodworking fabrication processes.
• Experience in joinery or fit-out in UAE.
• Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Knowledge of carpentry, fireproof door manufacturing, and kitchen furniture standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings and shop drawings for doors, frames, cubicles, lockers, and kitchen cabinets.
• Review architectural plans and coordinate with designers, engineers, and production teams.
• Update drawings based on feedback and ensure standards and project specifications are met.
• Assist in material estimation and maintain drawing records.
• Support workflow between design and in-house fabrication.
