New Personnel L.L.C-FZ in Dubai seeks a skilled joinery and furniture drafting specialist to translate client visions into precise buildable drawings with accurate dimensions and materials.

This role requires 3–5 years in joinery or architectural millwork drafting and proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, plus 3D rendering tools like V-Ray or Lumion. The ideal candidate will understand wood species, hardware, and finishing processes and produce detailed elevations and cutting lists.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Furniture Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience specifically in joinery, custom furniture, or architectural millwork drafting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion).
• Solid understanding of wood species, joinery techniques, hardware, and finishing processes.

Responsabilités

• Translate client visions and designer sketches into precise buildable joinery and furniture drawings with accurate dimensions and material specifications.
• Develop detailed technical drawings including elevations, sections and joinery details for custom furniture and architectural millwork.
• Create 3D models and renderings to visualize complex joinery and furniture designs for client understanding and design approval.
• Produce cutting lists and material take-offs with high accuracy to optimize material usage and minimize workshop waste.
