Job summary

Al Zan Wooden Industry LLC in Umm Al Quwain is seeking a skilled Draftsman/Joinery Designer to support our woodworking projects. The role focuses on producing precise technical drawings, interpreting blueprints, and liaising with design and production teams to meet schedules.

Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD SketchUp and 3D modeling tools Strong knowledge in technical drawing reading and interpreting blueprints and understanding design principles Attention to detail accuracy and the ability to create precise technical documentation Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with design production and client teams Understanding of fabrication and production processes particularly in woodworking and related industries Previous experience in a similar role preferably in the wood manufacturing sector Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related field Knowledge of industry standards related to carpentry fireproof door manufacturing and kitchen furniture design is a plus Ability to work on-site and meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a joinery or fit-out company in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawing standards.
• Good understanding of wood joinery details and materials.
• Must be able to work in Umm Al Quwain.
• Immediate joining is required.
