Your Tasks

• Assist the Marketing team in developing and executing 360 marketing campaigns and activations.
• Support innovation projects and help coordinate product launches/re-launches.
• Contribute to market share analysis, prepare basic reports, and support the development of action plans.
• Help coordinate the creation of artwork, campaign assets, and communication materials.
• Assist in preparing regular performance updates and reports for the Eucerin brand and wider team.
• Conduct desk research for competitive analysis, tracking competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, eCommerce, Shopper & Customer Marketing, Sales) to support best-in-class execution across touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and share insights to inspire new ideas.

Your Profile

• You are currently studying in your Bachelor's or Master's.
• You have a positive attitude, are highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a growth mindset.
• Have passion for skin care and new trends.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-cultural environment.
• You have already gained some work experience in Skin Care companies or Marketing Agencies as part of previous internships.
• You can speak English, which is our corporate language.
• You are on site in Dubai, UAE (home office is possible up to 2 days a week).
• You want to become an active team member, take on responsibility, work independently, and contribute your ideas.
