Job summary

Earth Hotels invites a wine-forward hospitality professional to join our floor service team in Dubai. You will recommend wines and pairings, present bottles with accuracy, and ensure proper storage and preservation of our wine list.

You’ll participate in tastings, training, and guest-focused service, while maintaining clear allergy communication with the kitchen and bar. You will work closely with the Venue Manager and Director of F&B to deliver consistent, elevated experiences across outlets

Qualifications

• Wine knowledge and basic wine service experience required.
• Familiarity with allergy communication and coordination with kitchen/bar.
• Willingness to participate in wine trainings and events.
• Strong guest service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Recommend wines and approved food pairings within guest preferences and budget.
• Present bottles, confirm label and vintage, and serve at proper temperatures.
• Maintain wine storage, rotation, and opened-bottle records.
• Assist stock counts and report breakage, waste and discrepancies.
• Coordinate allergy communication with kitchen and bar.
• Support wine training, tastings, and paired events for guests.
