Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized wine program (e.g., Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET)
• Deep knowledge of wines, regions, vintages, and pairings
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Passionate, professional, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Curate and manage a world-class wine list that complements our fine dining menus
• Deliver exceptional wine service with grace, knowledge, and attentiveness
• Advise guests on wine pairings, vintages, and tasting notes
• Conduct staff training sessions to enhance wine knowledge and service standards
• Manage wine cellar organization, inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
• Stay current with global wine trends and maintain our reputation for excellence
